Social Involvement
Educational clowning without borders – creating meaningful community activity for students In the program, students will receive pedagogical and practical training in broad and diverse fields by the educational clown , in order to give them tools to be an influential factor in nurturing the school climate, develop ability to change social situations and guide them and influence the ability to see the other. Students will be able to operate in this setting at their school, other schools in the area, their residential neighborhood and the community.
The Social Involvement Program creates a fruitful platform for in-depth internal exploration of communication skills: verbal and non-verbal language, emotion language, giving and receiving feedback, reading social situations that create barriers, developing social activism and personal resilience, self-listening and empathy. We use technology, computer screens and social media to leverage meaningful and broad social action that empowers students and connects them to their inner school and urban community.
